Newsletter & Unitnet Design unofficially began 20+ years ago when a daughter began helping out in her mom's Mary Kay office. Jump forward a few years when that same daughter finished college and found out she didn't want to answer to someone else. Lucky for her, mom still needed an office assistant and so did her new offspring director. And so did a few other Directors. While working in these offices, the idea formed that a lot of the work could be done from home especially newsletters. At the time virtual assistants were still a fairly new idea. After learning how to set up a unit website, more directors began asking for help. Soon more work was being done virtually then in office and the company was officially began. Now we are completely virtual and love it. Guess more was learned from mom than just makeup:)

Beth grew up "PINK". Her mom has been a Sales Director for 20 years and she has been in her office for almost as long. She remembers literally cutting and pasting Mary Kay clipart (they mailed it to Directors back then) for her mom's newsletter. During that time she learned the ins and outs of a Mary Kay business including how changing technology can make keeping in touch with consultants so much easier. But just because it's easier - doesn't mean it needs to be done by a Director. Before starting this company she worked in several Directors and an NSD's office.
Beth has been married to her husband, Chris for 9 years and they have 2 kids, son Shepherd (4) & Sophie (1.5). Rounding out the family is the newest edition, Sadie, our 1.5 yr old Blue Heeler.
